In-Person

In-person involves me meeting you where you are and joining you in person for the professional learning or training.

Virtual

Virtual involves me meeting you and your team via Zoom for scheduled meetings or professional learning sessions.  This option is best preserved for sessions that are shorter and provides for less transition and logistical planning.

Hybrid

Hybrid involves me meeting you where you are for the most critical professional learning sessions, such as initial session to establish relationships, and any high-leverage professional learning where in-person can make the biggest impact.  In addition to in-person, our hybrid approach includes brief Zoom sessions to touch base, troubleshoot, coach, or simply fill in gaps.

Expertise and Services:

When I work with schools and districts, I bring a deep understanding of the structures and deliverables required by most Public Education Departments. This includes creating district academic plans, educational plans, and strategies for the effective use of grant funding to support ongoing improvement in student outcomes. I also have extensive experience supporting districts and schools identified under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) as “in need of improvement.” My work has encompassed strategic planning for schools facing closure due to stagnant student performance, particularly for underserved subgroups.

Beyond creating strategies, I actively support site and district leaders through the implementation of change management related to instructional infrastructure. This includes facilitating professional learning for teachers, school leadership teams, and principals of ESSA-designated schools. I’ve led sessions on topics such as:

  • Branding and rebranding schools

  • Creating pathways to student and teacher efficacy

  • Storytelling through data

  • Facilitating instructional rounds

  • Enhancing PLCs (Professional Learning Communities)
